MIX tomato/V8 juice with tobasco, herbs (dice some & save some fresh herbs for garnish). Add splash of fresh lemon (or lime) juice. Add olives, pickle spear and fresh stalks of celery into a 12 oz mason jar and fill will tomato juice blend.
Garnish with fresh herbs & a dash of pepper, sea salt as desired. Stir with celery sticks.
