toast bread of choice
Cut off a small piece of honeycomb from natural honey and drizzle honey over toast.
Place 1/2 sliced banana or fruit of choice atop the bread.
Nutrition: 1 Slice of whole grain bread @ 15 gm CHO/serving = 1 whole grain food
1 Tbsp natural, raw honey approx. 15 gm CHO (varies by type)
1/2 banana = 1 fruit serving
To increase protein add 1 TBSP natural nut butter or greek yogurt
